With over six years of experience in Marbella's property market, I created KLB Homes around a simple belief: buying a home should feel personal.
For international buyers, the Costa del Sol can be an exciting place to start a new chapter — but finding the right property is only part of the journey. Knowing which areas truly suit you, understanding the market and having the right people around you can make all the difference.
I take the time to understand what my clients are really looking for — not just the number of bedrooms or the size of a property, but how they want to live, what matters to them and what they want their life here to look like.
With my knowledge of Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol, I help clients navigate the different areas and communities, identify the opportunities that genuinely make sense for them and make decisions with confidence.
More Than Finding a Property
My role goes beyond the search.
I stay personally involved throughout the process — from choosing the right location and finding the right home, to evaluating a property, negotiating the purchase and coordinating the people involved through to completion.
Over the years, I have built a trusted network of lawyers, mortgage advisors, developers, architects, contractors and other local professionals whom I know and genuinely trust.
When you are buying in another country, having the right people around you matters. My network allows me to connect clients with the right professionals when they need them, and often gives me access to opportunities and local insight that you won't find simply by searching online.
